I love how this class emphasizes conservation herbalism , where we nourish our relationship with nature, through valuing it's potential and beauty.
On each hike we learned about the local environmental concerns and how we can be part of the preservation of these areas .

I loved learning about leaf anatomy and flower anatomy!
It was so great to finally learn about what's growing all around us and how we can use it either medically or for food or what to stay away from. I highly recommend Emily's teaching style for online classes and her wealth of knowledge that she has to share!
Homesteader & Beekeeper
My favorite part was actually getting outside and learning about trails and plants where I live! It's so fun now to go on walks and point out the different plants and their uses to friends!
